This was last morning for Roman breakfast. We are getting train to Naples at 10AM, then will be getting the commuter train to Sorrento where we will be staying for 4 days.
Survived coming through Naples and arrived in Sorrento. Palm trees, sunshine and an occasional
shower so far. It's beautiful, on the edge of a cliff. Tomorrow we will either go to Capri or the Amalfi coast. We went to the TI to get schedules for the boats and bus - just need to decide what to do and where to go what day!
After lunch of pizza Margherita and wine, we stopped at a wine shop and saw Lacrima Cristi!! Holy cow! It's been years since I've seen a bottle. We of course brought a bottle back to our room. We spent a little time strolling through the tiny cobblestone streets with lots of shops. Lemons, lemons, lemons are everywhere. Groves, wild trees, on dishes, in limoncello! I'll have some of that later! Beautiful cliff side views of the sea, restaurants on the edge - great place for a drink and after dinner coffee.
